YouAreAChild.com is the brainchild of Fred and Julie Werner.

Back in 1972, Fred was part of the exciting project with Les Crane to create music to accompany Max Ehrmann's immortal poem, The Desiderata.  This spoken word song recording was a big hit and went on to win a Grammy in 1972.  

 

Fast forward to today, and Fred is preparing to re-record a new version of The Desiderata, with the hope of inspiring a new generation.  Proceeds to charity.
